HISTORY FILE
Registered new on 1st August 1988, this was the very first day of the F registration cars and many dealers would open on Sunday’s or at midnight to allow buyers early collection.  The supplying Land Rover Main Dealer was Knowles of Epperstone and the original vehicle sales invoice made out to first owner, Mr Henry Taylor, confirms the purchase price of £23,058.31 less part exchange allowance for his 1974 3-door Range Rover.  Mr Taylor purchased the car upon retirement and was the proud owner for 20 years, using the car regularly but sparingly and always keeping it garaged, and only selling when he was to give up driving.  Just three further keepers are all traceable and the condition is a credit to all owners.  The large history folder is chronologically filed and contains all MOT certificates carried out dating back to the first in 1991 to fully verify the mileage, along with a large collection of main dealer and specialist service invoices.  An original Range Rover sales brochure and two sets of original keys complete the history file.

Rarely does such a low mileage preserved example become available, worthy of the finest collections.

HISTORY FILE
The name R32 originates from ‘R’ for Race and ‘32’ in recognition of the 3.2 litre engine, and this example is astonishing in every aspect. Registered new on the 1st September 2003 by Main Dealer Lakeside Volkswagen of Stoke on Trent, the car was registered to them and subsequently sold one month later to the first and only private owner, Mr James Kelly. A sales invoice in the history file confirms the purchase price paid by Mr Kelly of £28,194.13 less a used car reduction of £4,199.13. Incredibly and despite the exceptionally low and fully verified 6,337 miles covered, there are 13 stamped entries across two service books, all of which are Volkswagen Main Dealers. The most recent major service was carried out by Caffyns Volkswagen Plc in June 2019 at 6,267 miles with supporting invoice. A further huge folder contains every corresponding service invoice throughout as well as every MOT certificate dating back to the first in 2006. All handbooks, manuals and brochures and are included in the special leather R32 document wallet. Pampered from delivery and clearly evident in both the condition and history, this example represents a rare opportunity to purchase the ultimate Golf R32. It is difficult to even imagine a better example, let alone find one.
