The advanced high-torque 1.8 litre 4-cylinder 210bhp turbo 20-valve engine is free-revving all the way up to an electronically limited 6800rpm and with regular Audi Main Dealer servicing, performs faultlessly. A timing belt, water bump and Haldex filter change were all carried at 51,348 miles in September 2016 and the latest service at Warrington Audi was at 52,289 miles in January 2018.  The 6-speed close ratio gearbox features an ultra-light magnesium casing combined with a short travel clutch allowing fast accurate gear changing and exhilarating performance.  Top speed is quoted at 148mph and 0-60mph in 6.8 seconds.  The engine bay is detailed.

HISTORY FILE
