EXTERIOR
This Capri S is a real drivers car finished in stunning Diamond White, (B3), and boasts a glorious shine. The smart ‘S’ stripes subtly shaded are the originals, fully intact and contrast perfectly against the white paintwork. The tiniest of marks can only be seen under intense scrutiny such as a touched-in stone chip to the bonnet and favoured by most knowing the car is factory original. The four Hella headlamps are crystal clear and the rubberised rear spoiler along with all other black seals and rubbers are straight and soft being carefully garaged stored since new. All tinted glass is unmarked and the car still wears the dealer supplied front and rear number plates. The underside has been preserved perfectly thanks to Pava rustproofing from new with the rear screen sticker still attached. With the same suspension setup derived from the highly acclaimed 2.8 Injection and sporting visual enhancements, this is a rare and special Capri model.

INTERIOR
Helping the cabins sporty look are seats finished in the Grey Laser fabric trim, (Code QL), with matching pristine door and quarter panel inserts. Spotlessly clean, the driver’s seat base edge is slightly dipped with no wear. Luxury features like the cut-pile carpet, adjustable head restraints and front centre armrest are all in splendid condition and the soft feel instrument panel has no cracks. Prominent veins to the steering wheel and lack of wear to other touch points are found only on very low mileage examples. All controls fully function including the two-speed heater fan, analogue quartz clock and Ford P32 radio. The boot area houses the original jack and virgin spare wheel with Grandprix Goodyear tyre still with coloured banding to the tread. The parcel shelf is pin straight and untouched and factory sticker remains attached to the boot floor. An iconic and instantly familiar classic Ford interior.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The factory fitted 2.0S OHC ‘pinto’ unit is famed for its performance and robust and simple mechanics. The engine is quiet and performs brilliantly with a top speed of 113mph and 0-60mph time of 9.6 seconds. The engine bay is beautifully clean with factory stickers and plates displayed and even bright factory markings long lost or at least very faded on most examples! The 5-speed gearbox is light and works through the gears precisely, and the clutch feels positive.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
This Capri 2.0S remains fitted with the correct RS-style four-spoke alloy wheels which are in superb order with no damage and defined part number and Ford emblem stampings to the spokes clearly visible. Recently replaced all round are premium Uniroyal 185/70 R13 tyres which have covered approximately 500 miles. The hydraulic dual-line servo-assisted front discs and rear drums stop the car quickly and in a straight line.

HISTORY FILE
Factory build records confirm that this Ford Capri 2.0S was built in June 1983 at the Ford factory in Saarlouis, Germany. Registered new on 12th August 1983 by Ford Main Dealer, Spruce Howlett & Co Ltd in Norwich, this example has covered just 13,441 miles from new. Sold in 2023 by KGF Classic Cars to Mr Upton who had owned a Capri many years ago and wanted to relive the Capri experience. The car has now been offered back to us following Mr and Mrs Upton’s retirement and upcoming travel plans meaning the car is being used less. A full service using Ford Motorcraft oil filter and cambelt change was carried out in September 2025.

The handbooks, guides, dealership literature and original stamped service booklet are present and a collection of previous MOT certificates and invoices dating back to the 1990’s. Completing the history file are three sets of keys with supplying dealer leather key fobs, supplying dealer tax disc holder and an original 1983 Ford range brochure. This 2.0S must be one of the lowest mileage, most original and untouched examples remaining.

The presentation of the engine bay upholds absolute originality with labels, stickers, hoses and clips all in perfect factory condition. HISTORY FILE
A unique opportunity to own a rare, UK supplied Datsun 100A Cherry that has covered just 6,793 miles and only had two owners from new, the first until January 2024! Registered to Mrs Dupont, the car was supplied by Sycamores of Stamford on the 8th December 1976 and remained in her care for 48 years. Factory Options: Moondust Silver metallic paint. Dealer Accessories: Ford tailored carpet mats.

EXTERIOR
An instant success upon launch in 1998 and following on from the Ka, Puma, Cougar and revised 1996 Mondeo, the Focus Mk1 used Ford’s New Edge design language and was a massive deviation from the outgoing conservatively styled Escort. Finished in factory optional Ford Moondust Silver metallic, (Code O 8), this pre-facelift Mk1 example boasts unrepeatable credentials of one owner and 2,241 miles from new. Garaged from new, it is hard to conceive the phenomenal condition whereby even close scrutiny fails to detect any imperfections. All trim sections, rubbers, light clusters and badges are perfect having been stored away from harsh weather and sunlight damage. Supplying Ford main dealer number plates and rear screen sticker remain attached. The level of preservation seen here is simply astonishing, even down to the exceptional underside which has been meticulously cleaned and detailed to a show worthy level. This really is a prime collector’s example now becoming extinct.

INTERIOR
Truly worthy of the accolade, time warp. The Swift upholstery in Midnight Black, (Code AC), is as new with no visible wear, entirely as you would expect for mileage covered normally within weeks of new registration. All interior trim is flawless and the headlining is perfect. Tailored Ford floor mats protect the pristine carpets. All controls and functions are fully operational including the Ford 4000RDS stereo cassette system. The leather trimmed steering wheel, gear knob and soft finish fascia are in showroom condition with no visible wear to the touch points. A small split to the drivers door rubber is barely noticeable. The luggage area remains spotlessly clean with unused space saver spare wheel. Look no further for an ‘as new’ Ford Focus Mk1 interior.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The economical 1.4i 16v engine develops 74bhp and 123Nm of torque allowing a top speed of 106mph and 0-62mph in 14.4 seconds. The engine bay is impeccable throughout with all factory labels, stickers and the Vin plate perfect. Items such a plastic fluid bottes, clips and pipes, usually stained and marked within the first few months, look like new. With genuine Ford Motorcraft service items used throughout, including a major service and cambelt in September 2025, this Focus performs like a brand new car in every regard. The five-speed gearbox is precise and beautifully weighted. This epitomises the brand new Focus Mk1 driving experience that caused such a stir and motoring press acclaim in 1998!

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The unrestored Zetec specification 15in five double-spoke alloy wheels are immaculate as are the centre caps. Premium Uniroyal 195/55 R15 tyres have been fitted all round in September 2025. The braking system has also been overhauled in September 2025.

HISTORY FILE
Supplied new on 1st March 2001 by Main Dealer, Allen Ford in Romford, the first and only registered owner is a Mr Young. In stark contrast to most examples that were put into daily use in all weathers, this example was destined for a more cossetted existence. The car has always been garaged, clearly evident in the condition of both the body and astonishing underside, and it is believed that due to the owner’s ill health the car was subject to very minimal use. Early service records as well as online MOT history track the mileage. The original service book has six stamped entries, the first five of which are the supplying dealership, Allen Ford, and cover the period up to 2007 when the car was taken off the road. In August 2025, the car caught the attention of KGF Classic Cars by a feature from a prominent online content creator covering a Mk1 Ford Focus with miniscule mileage and one owner coming up for sale. Intrigue got the better of us and we found ourselves at a classic car auction where we inpected the the car prior to bidding. Being absolutely blown away by the condition and originality, we decided to deviate from our general rule of buying classic cars direct from owner, enthusiasts and collectors and just had to bid. Having won the auction, the car arrived at KGF Classic Cars headquarters where ramp inspection left the team even more speechless at the exceptional preserved condition. Not wanting the car to just be an ornament, a full inspection, brake overhaul, major service and cambelt change has taken place using genuine Ford parts. The original factory fitted Michelin tyres were replaced due cracking with premium Uniroyal tyres. A set of brand-new floor mats ordered directly from Ford are a nice finishing touch replacing the non-original rubber items. The car is now fully roadworthy and ready to showcase what is probably the finest non-RS Mk1 you are ever likely to see. The modern classic car world has long seen the Mk1 Focus RS as highly collectable, and now the car community and indeed many online creators are beginning to revel in the collectability of the everyday variant. Quickly disappearing, the Mk1 Focus has always been an icon and forward-thinking collectors and investors will be making a beeline for this car!

The Ford document wallet holds all handbooks, guides, service book and both sets of keys with two Allen Ford fobs. A folder of MOT records, service invoices and an original sales brochure and price list complete the history file. This one is very special and fast becoming iconic.

EXTERIOR
The 127 Sport 70HP, a powerful personality and a rare sight with only a handful of survivors today. Finished in Racing Orange, (Code 255), this Italian supermini is brash, very loud and a big attraction on the Fiat Motor Club (GB) stand where it is often exhibited by its long-term enthusiast custodian. A feature in Practical Classics Magazine explains how memories of his first Fiat 127 Sport prompted Nigel Ford to complete this project started by the previous owner nearly 20 years ago! The aim was always to have a usable example that could be driven and displayed at events and as such the car presents beautifully but is not for a purist seeking an unrestored car, if such a thing exists! Imperfections are visible in the paintwork and evidence of previous repairs apparent, but all do little to qualm the excitement and thrill of seeing a genuine unicorn! Correct features such as the sports door mirrors, Saint Gobain glass and even the white, red, orange coloured rear lens screws remain fitted. 127 Sport and 70HP decals combined with front and rear spoilers and bonnet air scoop leave no doubt this will be tremendous fun!

INTERIOR
The black interior interior is beautifully designed and equipped with anatomically shaped wrapround seats covered in black stainproof velours and the coloured seat outlines match the cars exterior colour. This colour coded piping has cracked in areas but the fact the seats are original material is incredible and genuine replacement material with piping is included.
Pre-formed looped pile carpeting and the door panels in black leather cloth with lower half trimmed in carpeting are all in great condition with the floor carpeting protected by genuine Fiat 127 rubber floor mats. The black laminated roof covering has no tears and the boot area is clean with a genuine Fiat tool kit. All controls, gauges and switchgear function except for the tailgate wash/wiper which is not fitted. The multicoloured stalks are still fitted and the heater fan works on both settings. The Fiat Voxson Kyalami radio has been discreetly modernised to pair remotely to Bluetooth devices. Wonderful.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The free-revving 1049cc engine has all the correct Sport features such as the Abarth cylinder head, twin-choke carburettor, larger diameter induction valves, four branch manifold and Abarth twin outlet exhaust to produce 70HP, some 20HP more than the standard Fiat 127! This results is a top speed of 100MPH and 0-60MPH of 13.9 seconds with a glorious rasp from the exhaust. Having been fully overhauled by Classic & Modern Engine Services in June 2021 with accompanying invoice, the car performs fabulously. As standard on the Sport, improved engine mountings and a stiffer front anti-roll bar encourage you to stir quickly through the 4-speed gearbox controlled by a sporting gear leaver knob.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Pressed steel type sports wheels with the correct red Fiat centre caps have been refurbished to an amateur level and are shod in 155/70 R13 Pirelli Cinturato tyres with ample tread. The front discs and rear drums with a with an Idrovac brake booster to a fair job of stopping the car but fall short of modern day braking standards.

HISTORY FILE
This rare, genuine and UK supplied Fiat 127 Sport is one of a handful of survivors and was registered new on the 20th June 1979. With only five former keepers and well known to the Fiat Motor Club (GB), this example has been enthusiast owned. Cherished by its former keeper, Mr Ford, it has frequented many shows, stared in online videos and graced the front cover of Parliamo, the official magazine of the Fiat Motor Club. A two page feature in Practical Classics magazine traces Mr Fords fascination with this model stirred by memories of his first Fiat 127 Sport when a teenager and his quest to find one decades later. His hard work gained him entry into the Practical Classics Restorer of the Year 2020! Complete with a matching bright orange A4 lever arch file briming with history, all handbooks manuals and brochures are included so that you can witness firsthand the expenditure lavished on this Italian hot hatch. Display plates for shows and a full set of keys with leather Fiat key fob are present. Be prepared for all the attention this ultra-orange car generates that is more exclusive than a Lamborghini Miura!

HISTORY FILE
A fascinating example with an interesting history. Registered new on the 30th November 1984, the Montego having only been launched the previous April makes this example a very early car. The supplying Austin Rover dealership was Bell’s Garage in Halesowen and their new vehicle order form and sales invoice in the history file is made out to first owner, Mr Dodd. A loyal customer, Mr Dodd part exchanged his Austin Princess which he had also purchased new from Bell’s Garage in 1977, for which he received £200 against the £5,433.60 for his new Montego. Paperwork in the history file and stamped entries in the service book confirm that until 1995 when Mr Dodd passed away, the car had always been to the supplying dealership for service and maintenance and all service reminder letters and main dealer invoices were kept. Following his passing, the car remained at the Dodd’s family home with his son who could not bear to part with the last car his father bought, and it did so until his passing in 2021. At this point, the family seeking to settle his estate discovered the car in the garage where it had been unused for almost three decades! The previous owner who bought the car as a ‘garage find’ has undergone full recommissioning including major service, cambelt, brake overhaul and sourcing of correct replacement TD tyres. A further oil service has been carried out in August 2025. The history file also consists of MOT records before and after the cars long term dry storage as well as the Leyland Cars full handbook pack. There are three original keys including the rare blue master key, two supplying dealer fobs and a year of launch Montego sales brochure. Even the service card to be hung from the rear-view mirror has been kept! Without quibble, this is along the finest surviving Montego’s in existence.
