With a genuine 15,210 miles from new, this Cabaret Edition from the final Fiesta Classic Range is in fantastic condition. Finished in Ford Stardust Silver, (Code 6 6), the paintwork to all factory panels is superb and displays virtually no markings and a few minor dings all utterly insignificant. All trim sections, glass, lights and badges are pristine and supplying Ford dealer number plates, rear screen sticker and tax disc holder remain fitted. A super low mileage and superb entry level classic Ford, once a common sight and virtually none have survived as well is this example.

INTERIOR
An interior entirely commensurate with a 15,210 mile car! The cabin space with Papillion Opal fabric trim, (Code HC), is essentially as it sat in the showroom awaiting collection by the first owner with the special Cabaret sports seats in perfect condition. All trim sections, controls and switchgear have the new car feel which is lost soon after regular use. All functions operate flawlessly including the Ford self-seek model 2015 stereo cassette. Even the new car smell has been retained, instantly familiar as a Ford and ready to transport you back to a Ford showroom in 1996!

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The 1299cc HCS CFi four-cylinder engine featuring electronic single point injection and automatic choke set up produces a lively 60bhp at 5000rpm. A top speed of 95mph and 0-60mph is achieved in a relaxed 14.2 seconds. Complete mechanical simplicity and the distinctive Ford push-rod engine note are guaranteed. The clean engine bay has original plates, stickers and factory panel stampings clearly visible. Genuine Ford Motorcraft service items are in abundance including the grey Ford HT Leads and all fluids are clean and clear. The 5-speed manual gearbox feels brand new!

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The factory steel wheels of size 5 x 13in are in excellent order with the original Cabaret full wheel covers fitted and almost immaculate with only tiny markings. Four premium 165/65 R13 tyres are present with the spare unused. The servo-assisted diagonally split brakes with discs up front and drums at the rear pull the car up quickly and safely.

HISTORY FILE
This wonderful example was registered new on the 30th September 1996 by Ford Main Dealers, Bristol Street Motors, of Birmingham and the dealership PDI checklist is still in the history file. Purchased by a Mr I J Houston who kept the car for over 21 years, whereby in October 2017, Mr Richard Hailey purchased it at which time it had covered just over 14,000 miles. Motivated by nostalgia having owned a similar car years before, Richard kept the car garaged and used it recreationally in dry weather only.

The history file contains the original Ford document wallet with all handbooks, guides, security code cards and point of sale literature. There is an original Fiesta Classic Range sales brochure along with three Ford keys including the red master. This very late example on a P registration even post dates the earliest Mk4 Fiesta replacement model that were released on a N prefix. With just two owners and 15,210 miles from new, this preserved classic Fiesta is the perfect entry into retro Ford ownership.
