EXTERIOR
The first-generation Nissan X-TRAIL Columbia was styled in partnership with sportswear and outdoor lifestyle clothing brand, Columbia. This high specification example is finished in factory optional and original Blade Silver Metallic, (Code KY0), and having covered just 18,825 miles from new the vehicle presents in impeccable condition. The uniform paintwork gleams and all panels are straight and fee from dings. There are no scuffs or significant markings and just a handful of touched in stone chips. The black satin finish to the B-Pillars and door frames have some very light imperfections and the rear chrome tailgate plinth is slightly tarnished. The trim and Columbia insignia are preserved and all light clusters are crystal clear with none of the discolouration befouling many examples. The original supplying number plates and tax disc holder remain fitted. Having covered fewer miles than many would have in the first year, this rugged example has been no workhorse!
INTERIOR
Columbia specification Duo-tone cloth interior is in superb condition and displays a distinct lack of wear commensurate with the ultra-low mileage. The seat material and door cards are clean and the headlining is pristine. The carpets remain protected by the supplying dealer branded floor mats. The high specification Columbia equipment is seamless in operation including the ice-cold climate control, cruise control, electric panoramic roof and even the factory optional DVD navigation . A quirky feature is the twin front can cool boxes to ensure your soft drink remains ice-cold! The immaculate huge luggage space is versatile with various cubby’s and a power socket, and under the floor are the spare wheel, jack and wheel brace. An added treat is the complimentary Columbia Titanium Parka that was offered when you purchased a new X-TRAIL still in the boot! A spacious cabin space throughout with miniscule evidence of wear.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This X-TRAIL is powered by the chain-driven 2.2dCi diesel engine producing 136bhp and impressive 314Nm maximum torque. The engine feels very powerful, quiet, and smooth and has a healthy braked towing capacity of 2 tons. The engine bay is very clean with all plates, stickers and VIN labels intact. A six-speed manual transmission feels light and precise and the switchable ALL MODE drivetrain with 2WD/4WD/4WD low range operates perfectly.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Columbia specification 17” six-spoke alloy wheels are in superb order with only very faint markings, barely worthy of mention. There is no kerb damage and the alloys still have the blue circular manufacture paint dabs with the Nissan emblem centre caps are as new. Brand new Uniroyal RainExpert5 215/60 R17 tyres have been fitted in March 2026 covering zero miles. The car features ABS (anti-lock braking system) with EBD and brake assist and having been fully overhauled in March 2026, performs impeccably.
HISTORY FILE
This exceptional example was registered new by Main Dealer, Evans Halshaw Nissan in Darlington, on the 18th May 2007. The car has had just two owners and covered a verified 18,825 miles from new. The first owner, Mr Firby, kept the car until 2013 and it has been owned by Mr Lazenby ever since. After a period of dry storage, the car has undergone full recommissioning in March 2026 to include a major service, comprehensive brake overhaul, new tyres and battery. All handbooks, manuals and dealership point of sale literature along with two Nissan remote keys with dealer keyrings are contained in the leather document wallet. Even the Columbia Titanium Parka jacket is still with the car! A further folder contains service and maintenance invoices and paper MOT records. Completing the history file is a Nissan X-TRAIL sales brochure, accessories brochure and specification booklet. Finally, a Whatcar? test feature from 2006 pitches the Nissan X-Trail 2.2 dCi against the equivalent Honda CRV, Jeep Cherokee and Toyota RAV4 whereby the Nissan takes first place as the test winner!
