All lightweight factory panels are absolutely straight with no dings and the carbon fibre roof is not just a cosmetic addition but adopts F1 technology to assist in lowering the cars centre of gravity. Light frontal stone chips and carefully touched in markings are visible and prove the honesty of the car. The unique M Aerodynamic Bodystyling and other trim is in excellent order, as are the original light lenses and glass. Factory stickers remain in the door apertures and BMW main dealer number plates are fitted. It is clear to see that this unmolested example has been truly cherished by its two owners from new.

All bolsters are absolutely firm retaining correct shape and offering near perfect ergonomics and optimum driving position. Specified with a vast array of factory options, this ultimate driving machine is bristling with a wealth of driver aids to fully optimise the awesome performance. All systems including the iDrive are functional, easy to familiarise and all display systems are crystal clear and perfect. Excellent M3 tread plates, M3 illuminated gearknob and M leather steering wheel with blue and red stitching remind you that this is no ordinary BMW and the optional Black-Carbon interior trim is perfect. There are some light markings around the steering wheel buttons. A spotlessly clean and well-preserved interior.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The legendary E46 M3 was a difficult act to follow yet this E92 has surpassed its predecessor with a phenomenal V8 powerplant developing a ferocious 420bhp. Expect 0-62mph in just 5.3 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. The desirable and factory optional Electronic Damper Control (EDC) offers Comfort, Normal and Sport modes whilst throttle response can be controlled to suit the driver’s mood with the Power button. A standard Milltek exhaust system with invoice in the history file for £1218.60 is fitted. The engine bay is pristine with factory stickers, plates, under bonnet labels and strut top stampings and the bonnet underside has the built date sticker and M3 logo pressing. The 6-speed manual transmission is tight and operates with precision.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
A factory cost option at £1,076.60 are the 19-inch M Double Spoke alloy wheels in original diamond cut finish. There is no rim damage whatsoever and only a small area of paint lift to just two of the inner spokes. Matching Michelin Pilot Sport tyres of size 245/35 ZR19 front and 265/35 R19 rear have ample tread. An optional space saver spare wheel remains unused and covered in the boot area. Huge vented front and rear discs offer immense and predictable stopping power.
