Ergonomically designed for optimum comfort, the contoured seats are trimmed in Grey Leather, (Code 268), an expensive factory option. The supple leather has been regularly treated with feed and remains spotlessly clean and virtually as new. The door cards, headlining, fine burr walnut root cappings and switchgear are perfect, and all functions and controls operate seamlessly. The crystal clear instruments reveal garaged storage with perfect bright orange needles soon faded on outdoor stored examples and the carpets have been protected by genuine Mercedes-Benz carpet mats. Original touches such as the Panasonic Alphatuner stereo and service stickers in the driver’s door shut are pleasing to see, and there is even the unused first aid kit in the rear parcel shelf compartment! An immensely comfortable and well-appointed interior, finished to optimal standard.
