Factory options; Factory collection, Metropole Blue hood, 18″ 996.2 Carrera alloy wheels, Tiptronic transmission, Metropole Blue leather seat facings, cruise control, Porsche CDR23 sound package, aluminium dials, seat heating, wind deflector, automatic air conditioning, automatic dimming rear view and door mirrors, top tinted windscreen. Dealer options; Porsche tailored carpet mats, Tracker, Porsche screen wash, tailored car cover in Porsche sports holdall.

EXTERIOR
This exceptional Porsche Boxster has covered 18,038 miles from new with just one owner and has benefitted from strict indoor garage storage with a tailored Porsche car cover, included! Finished in optional Arctic Silver metallic, (Code L92U), the paint finish is entirely factory original. One tiny touched in chip to the offside door mirror and a few miniscule stone chips are suitably forgiven to an otherwise flawless finish. The beautiful lines and factory panels are pin straight with no dings and all trim sections and badges are perfect. The UV-resistant hood in factory optional Metropole Blue is excellent in both operation and condition and the glass rear screen still displays its Porsche sticker. Underside inspection reveals the unspoilt condition and all consumables and the exhaust are in excellent condition. The supplying Porsche Centre Solihull number plates remain fitted. A truly exemplary example in every respect.

INTERIOR
Typical Porsche quality craftsmanship is found in this example that is bristling with desirable factory options. The expensive full leather seat facings in Metropole Blue, (Code ET), are virtually as new. The carpets are spotless having been protected from new by genuine Porsche carpet mats and all trim and functions are perfect in condition and operation. Beautifully clean dual cargo areas contain a first aid kit still wrapped in cellophane wrapper, warning triangle and genuine Porsche screen wash. Originality seekers will note the all-important factory option label attached to the bonnet underside, Mobil 1 sticker to the inner boot lid and factory stickers in the door apertures. The one and only owner, Mr Beech, specified factory collection as one of the many cost options and a fabric Besucher Tour (Visitor Tour) label remains fitted aside the passenger seat as a wonderful memento of the special day on the 8th April 2004 when the car was collected in person from the factory in Stuttgart.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Fitted with the robust Flat Six Porsche Boxer engine, this model develops 225bhp from the 2,687cc unit to allow 0-62mph in just 7.3 seconds with a top speed of 154 mph! The punchy raw sound delivered from the exhaust system is guaranteed to set the pulse racing and full, precise Porsche main dealer servicing offers reassurance. The 5-speed Tiptronic S transmission with fingertip steering wheel control operates precisely and suits the car very well.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The factory upgraded 18″ 996.2 Carrera alloy wheels are in superb order with only two rims displaying a small localised scratch to the outer edge having never been refurbished. Premium N3 Rated Bridgestone Potenza S-02A 225/40 ZR18 front and 265/35 ZR18 rear tyres are Porsche Club GB recommended and retain masses of tread. The original space saver spare wheel has never seen the road. The ABS assisted braking system incorporates 4-Wheel ventilated discs with 4-piston fixed monobloc callipers still displaying a vibrant Porsche inscription visible through the spokes. A hint towards the racing pedigree infused within this car’s genes.

HISTORY FILE
Registered new on 14th April 2004 by main dealer, the Porsche Centre Solihull, this exceptional example boasts amazing credentials of 18,038 miles, one owner from new and uninterrupted full supplying Porsche Main Dealer history carried out precisely to the service schedule stipulations. The vehicle history file is simply spectacular starting from the original order form and subsequent sales invoice detailing the options specified by the first and only owner, Mr Beech, and the price paid of £39,038.55. Mr Beech specified factory collection and museum tour in Zuffenhausen in Stuttgart, a cost option at £629.78 for both him and his wife to attend. All travel documents, itinerary and even Porsche luggage labels have been kept in the Porsche travel document sleeve and there is a photograph of Mr and Mrs Beech with the car on the day of collection. Part of the factory collection experience was to drive their new car home and the original German travel number plates have also been kept as another memento of the trip!

Throughout his ownership for the last 17 years, Mr Beech has entrusted none other than his Porsche Main Dealer in Solihull for all servicing and maintenance requirements. The original Guarantee and Maintenance service book contains all stamped entries from the Porsche Centre Solihull, every 2 years as per the manufacturer requirements with the most recent in July 2020 at 17,882 miles. Meticulous adherence to the servicing requirements includes routine maintenance such as renewal of drive belts and all fluids, oils and filters. In support of the stamped records is every invoice from the Porsche main dealer filed chronologically in the history folder along with every MOT from the very first in 2007, again carried out by Porsche. Completing the impeccable vehicle history are three original keys including the master key as well as fobs and security tags. There is also a beautiful presentation box with an ornamental Boxster key ring inside as well as a copy of the book, Porsche The legend by Jonathan Wood. Rarely does a car satisfy every collector credential in such spectacular fashion.
