A splendid, bright and unique Allegro which looks stunning finished in Alpine White with a Chocolate Brown roof this car really is one for the collector. Having been in storage until 2007 after the original elderly owner gave up driving very early in the vehicles history, the car then received a sympathetic and quality repaint with no replacement panels. It now has its former glory returned with a deep gloss shine that looks magnificent and showroom fresh. No dings, dents or scuffs simply show and shine. The chrome has a mirror finish and the Allego 2 honeycomb style grille is not cracked. Having been subject to a full Ziebart rustproofing treatment prior to delivery when new and having covered just over 5000 miles from new this car really is stunning.
The interior of this unique Allegro is exactly factory correct with no wear. The trim, door cards, roof lining, pile carpets and instrumentation are all perfect. All switch gear operates correctly. A very 1970’s environment with plenty of sitting room on the brown individually reclining seats standard on the Super DeLuxe models.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The famous ‘A Series’ engine in this exceptional Allegro has had a quiet life and performs accordingly.
