EQUIPMENT
Headlamp adjustment control knob, check-button for brake level warning lamp, hazard warning switch, windscreen/floor air distribution control, rear fog lamp, choke control with warning lamp, oil pressure warning lamp, battery charge indicator, folding rear bench seat, complete and half opening hood. 

EXTERIOR
This 2CV Special is finished in white known as Blanc Meije.  The car has never been painted and still has a shine but wears a few marks in a charming un-restored way.  A structurally very sound floor pan and no weld repairs to the very solid chassis.  All Special decals are present and correct.  The ‘Important oil change every 10,000km’ sticker on the front screen and tyre pressure sticker on the drivers door are still present.  The vehicle still has the original supplying Citroen Dealer number plate’s, (Southfields Garage London Ltd) front and rear.  The roof is ready for replacement with some patched repairs.  Being the more desirable Paris built 2CV the Saint Gobain Glass is still present.  The important bulkhead along with the rest of the car is corrosion free.

INTERIOR
The interior is in very good condition, with all the switches, gauges and warning lights fully operational.  The floor is still protected by the original Citroen rubber over-mats. The grey patterned seat material is in excellent condition and still offers firm support.  All grey door cards remain intact but two have minor tears.  The spare wheel, jack, starting handle, winter muff and the wooden block are present and stored correctly in the boot.  A modern CD unit has been fitted.  A very spacious and hugely practical environment to be sat in!

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Having covered very few miles this 2CV Special is in very good mechanical condition. It drives wonderfully with the 2 cylinder 602cc 33bhp engine pulling strongly and a smooth column gear change being like no other car today.  A brilliant driving experience.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Correct Michelin 125 R15 tyres all round and bright chrome hub caps complement the exterior of this car.  The vehicle stops quickly and in a straight line with the inboard disc brakes giving precise and positive feel.

HISTORY FILE
Only 2 former keepers will help explain how this vehicle has remained in the original condition it is found in today ready for the new owner to enjoy.  Recent MOT certificates and invoices are included along with a HPi Certificate to confirm that no adverse history exists with this iconic French car.  All keys are present.
