EXTERIOR
This desirable and beautifully preserved CLK320 Avantgarde is finished in optional Quartz Blue metallic, (Code 935).  The incredible factory paintwork dazzles with a deep gloss shine and impeccable finish to really enhance the graceful lines of this genuine four seat coupe.  Having covered just 15,652 miles, the one and only owner from new insisted her pride and joy was always garaged, and she also had the foresight to specify the expensive Supagard treatment from new.  This pampered ownership has ensured only the tiniest blemishes can be seen upon close inspection namely very light stone chips to the front, utterly insignificant.  The beautifully made trim sections, glass lights and badges are as new, and the supplying dealer rear screen sticker and Supagard sticker remain fitted.  An exceptional example far superior to the usual offering.

INTERIOR
Luxury and opulence in abundance, a cabin space to overwhelm and delight!  Trimmed in beautiful factory optional Galaxy Blue/Grey two-tone Leather, (Code 222), the upholstery is spotlessly clean and essentially as new.  The ergonomically designed seats are beautifully preserved and supremely comfortable.  All black ash cappings and other leather trim sections are pristine, as is the Orion Grey headlining.  The functions and controls operate exactly as they should including the LCD display for the trip computer, clock and outside temperature which often fails.  The rear parcel shelf hatch contains an unopened first aid kit still in the cellophane wrapper!  Inside the immaculate boot area is the original warning triangle, tool roll, jack and even factory build stickers and the dealer supplied circular wheel changing card have been preserved!  Impeccable comfort to all occupants with Mercedes-Benz build quality assured.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The Mercedes V-engine of 3199cc displacement produces 218bhp at 5700rpm and 310Nm torque at 4600rpm to achieve a top speed of 146mph and 0-62 in just 8.3 seconds.  The exceptionally clean engine bay remains exactly as Mercedes Benz intended and displays factory plates, stickers and panel stampings.  The standard 5 speed automatic transmission with winter/sport modes and Tipshift Function adapts to your driving manner to offer gear changes to suit your mood.  A powerful, smooth and effortless driving experience.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Factory standard Avantgarde 16” seven spoke alloys wheels are in superb order with tiny light scratches to the front offside outer rim only.  Branded 205/55 R16 tyres have plenty of tread and the spare wheel is the unused Pirelli P6000 item.  The anti-lock braking system with Brake Assist (BAS) offers absolute stopping power to install complete peace of mind.

HISTORY FILE
First registered on 6th June 2001 by Mercedes-Benz Dartford, this outstanding example has covered an incredibly low 15,652 miles from new with just one owner.  A new vehicle order form and subsequent sales invoice is made out to a Mr Chapman who purchased the car for his wife, Rita Chapman, as a retirement present.  The sales invoice confirms the price paid of £33,300 including expensive factory options for leather upholstery and metallic paint.  Used exclusively for weekend enjoyment, the car was kept strictly garaged and has been preserved accordingly.  The black leather A5 wallet holds the original service booklet with factory build card and option codes along with all handbooks, radio guides and dealer literature and even the Mercedes pen!  The service entries and previous MOT certificates fully verify the low mileage and a collection of Mercedes and marque specialist invoices are neatly filed in the history folder.  The most recent major service was carried out at independent MB specialists, NJS Solutions, with an invoice in the history file for £824.76.  Completing the history file is two sets of original remote keys.
This fantastic modern classic Mercedes-Benz is preserved to in outstanding condition and a true credit to the one and only keeper.
