A truly magnificent, original, low mileage, two owner Austin Mini  Clubman Estate 1000HL.  Only produced between October 1980 and June 1982.

EXTERIOR
This beautiful Mini Estate is finished in its original period Applejack Green which looks striking and maintains a luscious deep shine having been garaged all its life.  Front and rear Main Dealer supplied number plates are still fixed to the car along with Mud Flaps at a cost of £25.22 when new.  The chrome bumpers are dent free, bright and shiny.  No rust and original panels still fitted.  Very minor touch up repairs a few tiny dings but simply stunning in every respect.

INTERIOR
Again the interior is in near perfect condition finished in the optional Beige half leather cloth trim.  Still wearing the original dark brown velour carpets protected by rubber mats which in a few places shows minimal wear.  The cream headlining is perfect and mark free.  The boot area is delightful and clean.  All instruments, switches gauges operate correctly and the interior plastic trim is perfect.  The drivers seat has a small hole at the bottom of the base.  A practical classic with twin opening rear doors giving 16 cu.ft of space or 36 cu.ft with the seats folded down.  A fabulous charming environment to be sat in.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This car is in perfect mechanical order having been cherished by its two owners.  The engine is the later revised A Plus unit so is more efficient, has more reliable engine components and produces 39bhp.  It behaves impeccably and is superbly quiet.  The auto transmission operates correctly having been replaced in October 2000 at 31,260 miles.   

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Standard HL specification wheels with decent tread on all tyres.  The brakes pull the car up quickly and in a straight line.

HISTORY FILE
This Mini Estate was first registered in January 1982 and comes with a huge history file leaving no doubt to the cars complete maintenance record and amazingly low mileage of 55,200.  Supplied by Beadle’s Sidcup Ltd to a Mr P Nunn on the 30th January 1982 at a cost of £4678 (purchase invoice included in file), he then kept the car for 16 years before being cared for by a Mr and Mrs Luckhurst who affectionately named it Esmy and attended many classic car shows.  The car has had no other owners making it a unique opportunity. There are numerous invoices included in the file along with old MOT’s.  The vehicle had been fully waxoyled underneath.   A full set of keys are present and operate all locks.  The vehicle is taxed and has a valid MOT.
