EQUIPMENT
Speedometer, ignition switch, turn signal switch, headlight switch, dimmer switch, folding handlebars, steering lock,  neutral indicator, horn, rear footrests, fuel valve, helmet holder, tool kit.

EXTERIOR
Finished in Pleides Silver, (colour code NH104M), this preserved example is stunning.  The silver paint work is unmarked and all the chrome remains bright with no blemishes.  There is a tiny mark to one of the fork legs.  The seat is comfortable with room for two and is unmarked.  All the switches, lights and controls work perfectly.  Many components still look factory new having covered such few miles and having been carefully stored.  A beautiful piece of Honda history.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Amazingly quiet and superbly engineered this 49cc motor is a delight.  Ample performance combined with incredible economy is one of the many reasons why this model enjoyed such a long production span.  The three-speed semi-automatic gearbox is simple to use.  This is as close to a new Honda Monkey Bike in every respect.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Spotlessly clean wheels running original fit Bridgestone Trial Wing-3 tyres which are not perished or cracked.  Both brakes are positive and correctly adjusted.

HISTORY FILE
Purchased new by a Mr Newton from the main Honda Dealer, Doble Motorcyles, (they are still in business and have an almost identical one for sale at the moment!), in Coulsdon, Surrey.  The original 1989 purchase invoice from this time is in the history file and he remained the bikes careful custodian.  A letter from the owner will be passed on to the new keeper explaining why such few miles were ridden.  A number of service invoices exist despite having covered only 278 miles.

All the handbooks and literature remain in perfect sealed condition and include; Honda ST50 Owners Manual, Honda Motorcycle Service Book, Honda UK Owners Card still attached to the letter and two original Honda Keys.

An absolute unmolested very low mileage survivor and suitable for the serious collector or an individual wanting a very economical, fun and enjoyable mode of transport.  This bike is classified as a moped and as such can be ridden on a car licence without ‘L’ Plates.
